Ronald is a partner in the Digital and Financial Services Practices, based in Hong Kong.
He has more than 20 years of experience in both consulting and financial services industries. Prior to joining Oliver Wyman, he held senior positions with top-tier financial firms in Greater China, including chief digital officer at a major bank based in Hong Kong and a leading wealth management service provider in China.
He specializes in digital and operation transformation, helping clients develop and implement digital strategies, data science and governance frameworks, partnership ecosystems, lean operations, and talent development programs.

Ronald is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) Financial Technology Committee. He also teaches postgraduate students at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology as an adjunct associate professor.
He holds a Master’s degree in Social Policy and Planning from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College.
In his spare time, Ronald is an amateur triathlete, wine and whisky collector, and enjoys outdoor activities. He considers himself a foodie and loves exploring the new restaurants in town with family and friends.
