A leader with 20 years of experience in transformation and partner at Oliver Wyman since 2011, Catherine advises some of the world’s top organizations at C-suite and Board level. Her focus is on enabling large scale organizational change. She works across financial services and the public sector.
Catherine’s leadership priorities at Oliver Wyman Australia focus on upholding its unique culture and values. During her time in Australia, the company jumped to #5 in "Most Prestigious Consulting Firms in Asia Pacific" in the 2022 Vault rankings, and the Australian office has been certified as a Family Inclusive Workplace. She has helped increase women hired by 11% since May 2021. In 2016 she pioneered Oliver Wyman’s European BOOST program, which provides sponsorship and support for individuals taking parental leave. In 2021 she introduced BOOST in Australia, with a 100% success rate to date. She is a mentor to over 25 incredibly talented women, and a senior stakeholder for Women of Oliver Wyman. She has been a sponsor of the company's Inspiring Leaders program since 2015. In addition, through her pro-bono work she supports organisations that promote gender diversity.
