Teneeka founded the Women of Oliver Wyman (WOW) Digital network so that women working across multiple offices, continents, and specialisms can create connections through their digital talents.

To help increase the diversity of the data and analytics team, Teneeka is working with the recruitment and inclusion and diversity teams and is establishing a mentorship programme. 

Outside of her work at Oliver Wyman, Teneeka volunteers with NUW, a sustainable fashion start-up working to reduce the environmental impact of fashion. She collaborates directly with the Chief Technology Officer to apply her data analytics skills to extract key insights from their data that help them grow their user base.
