Roianne is a published author, diversity advocate, role-model, life-coach, and a sought-after public speaker on the topics of cross-cultural diversity, inclusive leadership, intersectionality, and financial inclusion. She is also Head of Inclusion & Diversity at Oliver Wyman and founder of both The Trusted Black Girl Network and Women of Kaieteur.
