Paris Office Has Signed The LGBT+ Charter Of Commitment Of The Association L’Autre Cercle

L’Autre Cercle is one of the leading French LGBT+ voluntary associations created in 1998. Its members are professional men and women working in the public and private sectors or in the healthcare professions. All have not only a strong sense of social responsibility but are united in a will to create a mutually supportive and amicable network of men and women holding positions of responsibility in the private and public sectors.

On 18 October, Oliver Wyman France, represented by Hanna Moukanas, Damien Renaudeau, and Germain Terreaux, has committed to a truly inclusive company in front of all the employees by becoming the 133rd signatory of the LGBT+ Charter of Commitment of the Association L’Autre Cercle, in presence of the association represented by Catherine Tripon & Julien Hamy.

By signing the Charter, companies commit to:

  1. Create an inclusive environment for LGBT+ employees
  2. Ensure equal rights and treatment for all employees regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity
  3. Support employees who have been victims of discrimination in the workplace
  4. Measure progress and share best practices to advance the general workplace environment
You can be yourself at Oliver Wyman regardless of your emotional or sexual orientation, only your skills count
