Oliver Wyman Named One Of The FORTUNE 100 Best Companies To Work For®

Oliver Wyman is one of the 2019 FORTUNE 100 Best Companies to Work For®, according to global research and consulting firm Great Place to Work and FORTUNE.

We are thrilled to be ranked on the FORTUNE 100 Best list! The list is based on survey feedback from companies representing more than 4.3 million employees, with respondents rating their workplace culture on 60-plus elements.

These include trust in managers, compensation, fairness, camaraderie, and workplace traits linked to innovation.

The ranking accounted for the experiences of all employees including women, people of color, LGBT individuals, older team members, and disabled employees.

This is an incredibly exciting day for Oliver Wyman, as it is our first year on the list.

We are proud and honored to be recognized by our people, and to be featured alongside so many other inspiring companies that value a workplace culture built on inclusivity, trust, and compassion.

“We are delighted to have earned a place on the FORTUNE 100 Best Companies to Work For list,” said Scott McDonald, President and CEO of Oliver Wyman. “It’s evidence of the success of our investments focused on making Oliver Wyman an amazing place to work and the contributions that our people make every day to our compelling culture.”

We are honored to be recognized for some of our programs:

  • Apprenticeship Model – Oliver Wyman supports colleagues’ ability to discover and develop their talents and one way the firm does that is by matching new hires up with a buddy, Career Advisor, and Talent Manager who are all tasked with mentoring and minding colleagues’ development.
  • Commitment to Work Life Sustainability – Various programs such as The Way We Work and FlexOW ensure employees have a sustainable work/life balance.
  • BOOST – A program designed to support parents before, during, and after a leave of absence for additions to their families.
  • Volunteering – All employees receive eight hours of paid time off for volunteering, which can be spent with an individual’s preferred charity or group projects arranged by a community leader in each office.
