Our flexible working options include: adjusting work schedules on a temporary or long-term basis; taking a month or two away from the firm, or a sabbatical up to six months; working with a non-profit for up to six months; taking an externship; rotating to a new position within the firm or parent company, MMC; and transferring to another office with our ‘Golden Passport’ programme.
