Wall Street Journal: What Do New Grads Want?

New graduates entering into the workforce expect more money, flexibility, and specific assignments. They also want their employers to care for social, climate, inclusion, and sustainability issues.
During the Diversity Leadership Summit in San Francisco organized by Oliver Wyman, the company’s representatives discussed with juniors consulting careers as well as sustainability. They finished one session by announcing that the firm would plant 64 trees, one for each attendee, in the students’ names.
