The Times: COVID-19 And Working From Home

Keith McCambridge, Partner, Organizational Effectiveness, spoke to The Times on working from home and why it took the COVID-19 pandemic to accelerate change.
Keith explained that big changes in working practices are often accelerated by crises such as wars and pandemics. In normal times it can be difficult for managements "to create a case for change that people really believe in". However, that the fact that so few companies looked seriously at working from home does suggest the need for a different sort of business leadership in a world of rapid change.
