What We Do

Our technical services team provides a range of specialized consulting and long-term outsourcing options focused on the technical operations aspects of the aviation industry. We help clients maintain the highest levels of safety while improving technical dispatch reliability. Our five key focus areas are continuous airworthiness management organization (CAMO), reliability, maintenance programs, records, and technical publications.

Continuous Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO)
We hold an approved UK CAMO, holding Part CAMO approval across a wide range of aircraft types to assist European airlines and lessors with their continuing airworthiness requirements.
Reliability
We provide direct support and training in assessment, design, implementation, and administration of proactive and predictive reliability management programs, which are crucial for reducing cost per available seat-mile (CASM).
Maintenance Programs
Our teams optimize operator maintenance programs throughout the entire lifecycle of the fleet, influencing profit margins, aircraft availability, fleet performance, and reliability for top air carriers.
Records
Our aircraft records management team offers reliable, fully accessible, cloud-based, end-to-end records management solutions with an electronic recordkeeping tool that is designed to interface with your monitoring and evaluation (M&E) IT system.
Technical Publications
Our team leverages digital solutions to produce custom-built technical publications that ensure versatile and compliant results and expedite turn times and distribution.
Maintenance planning
We advise and/or fully implement staffing for the full range of maintenance planning activities, from scenario planning and budgeting to maintenance check packages and induction. Maximum efficiency is ensured by optimizing task yields and scheduling requirements to exactly meet client objectives, thus increasing reliability protections without unnecessary maintenance costs.
Configuration control
Robust processes are used to validate aircraft conformance to type certificate and safe operating condition. Guidance and/or templates for clients’ conformity and acceptance programs strictly adhere to regulatory authority guidance. We conduct physical inspections, compliance, data, maintenance program, and configuration audits.
Task cards
Creation and maintain revision control for client-specific task card templates (airline and rail operator)- are provided. OEM task cards are converted to client or Vector templates with customized signoff policies for AD, RII, and QA notifications. Task cards are audited for task intent and technical accuracy, and support is provided for automated migration from legacy to new task card management systems.
