The airline industry has no shortage of highly variable and complex challenges. This also means there is no shortage of opportunities to solve them. That’s what I tend to enjoy most about my work, engaging in complex problem solving every day

During a transformational period in the regional portfolio, Tim played a key role in developing and implementing significantly higher expectations for operational performance, product execution, and brand awareness. These initiatives elevated Delta's regional operation to become the best in the business, setting a new industry brand standard. Since transitioning into consulting in 2016, Tim has led several airline maintenance and engineering system integrations while maintaining close relationships within the regional airline industry.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time with his family. His hobbies include camping, hiking, downhill skiing, racquetball, pickleball, and travel. Tim holds an MBA from the University of Louisville and a BS from the University of Minnesota. He is also a certified private pilot.
