Mark is the National Security Lead for Oliver Wyman’s IMEA Defense and Security Practice, based in the Middle East.
With more than 18 years of executive and ministerial-level consulting experience across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Africa, Mark has led the design and delivery of security strategies at the national, regional, and entity levels, including national crisis and emergency management for governments.
Mark’s recent experience includes designing functional operating models and crisis management frameworks for a GCC national security agency, serving as security sector lead for a GCC Ministry of Interior transformation program, and leading the development of regional public safety strategies for a GCC public safety authority.

He has also defined mandates, strategies, and capability development initiatives for a GCC Ministry of National Guard, overseeing programs affecting more than 160,000 personnel. Mark has conducted organizational reviews and process design for key safety and security directorates, reporting directly to senior government leaders, and has delivered multiple transformation initiatives and policy recommendations for ministries of interior across the GCC.
Mark graduated summa cum laude from Babson College, USA, and enjoys a wide range of hobbies, including golfing, boating, fishing, traveling, and cooking.
