Based in our Munich office since 2005 and part of Oliver Wyman’s global Transportation and Operations practices, Kristina is a Partner with 20 years of consulting experience. 

She specializes in the rail and broader transportation industry, where she consults across a range of topics including enterprise and growth strategy, large project recovery, and operations performance improvement. Kristina holds a doctoral degree in International Law from Regensburg University, Germany, and a Master of International and European Laws from the University of Aberdeen, UK.
