Julien's recent experience includes leading a large commercial transformation program and supporting changes to the organizational model of a global facility management company, reviewing sales, partner incentives, and channel economics for a US payment processing company, pricing performance optimization for European payment acquirers and a US industrial product manufacturer, and growth strategy and post-merger integration for a US consumer goods company.
Julien recently co-authored Networked Sales: Leveraging non-traditional resources to support sales growth amid uncertainty, published in BRINK News.
Prior to joining Oliver Wyman, Julien worked in Mergers and Acquisitions for Lazard in Paris. Julien holds a Diploma in Accounting and Finance (Honors) from the London School of Economics and a Masters degree from Edhec Business School, where he finished first out of 700 students. Julien is fluent in English and French.
