Before joining Oliver Wyman, Josh was a partner at McKinsey & Company and PwC, where he built a strong track record advising clients on growth strategy, commercial transformation, and capability building. He began his career in industry with leadership and operational roles at Genentech and AbbVie, grounding his consulting work in practical, real‑world experience.

Josh lives in the North Shore suburbs of Chicago with his wife, Julie, and their three daughters. A dedicated sports parent, he spends many weekends on the lacrosse sidelines or at the hockey rink. A former athlete himself, he played hockey and lacrosse in college and went on to play hockey professionally for several years after graduation.
