Hendrik, a principal in our Düsseldorf office, works in the Energy and Natural Resources Practice.
He has extensive expertise in the chemicals and process industries, procurement and value sourcing, and organizational spheres. Hendrik is responsible for driving strategic initiatives and designing innovative solutions to support our clients in the process industries.
Hendrik’s recent projects on organizational transformation have helped clients optimize their business models, effectively positioning them to navigate evolving market landscapes. He has played a pivotal role in identifying additional value contributions through value sourcing, future-proofing procurement organizations, and ensuring long-term focus on sustainability. Drawing from his personal experience as a strategic buyer, Hendrik’s unique perspective adds a layer of authenticity and credibility to his work.

Hendrik holds a master’s degree in business administration from WHU – Otto Beisheim School in Management. Prior to joining strategy consulting, he worked as strategic buyer in the manufacturing industry for several years, as well as in an in-house consulting role with a leading global chemical player.
Outside of work, Hendrik spends time with his family traveling, meeting friends, and exploring culinary delicacies from around the world.
