Felix is a partner with Oliver Wyman’s Communication, Media and Technology and Digital practices. His work has taken him to Europe, North America, and the Middle East. Over the years he has collaborated on a broad range of telecommunications and technology projects, where his specialty is partnering with senior executives in the fields of strategy, transformation, and digital operations. This involves helping clients to deliver better customer experience, drive digital process excellence, and reduce their operating costs.
In today’s fast moving world it is vital to understand how to apply and embed the latest analytics and automation. But more importantly, we teach our clients how to build their workforce capability to always be on the front foot when tackling tomorrow’s problems.
Felix has authored several publications on operations improvement and customer experience, designed to show companies how to create more flexible and agile structures in changing markets and competitor landscapes. Felix studied in Germany and the United States and holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and a PhD in Finance.
Aside from transforming businesses, technology has the potential to transform our lives. I am devoting a part of my working time to supporting non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and am thrilled by how we as humans can find new ways for technological advancements to make dramatic improvements to peoples’ lives.
