Felix is a partner within Quotient — AI by Oliver Wyman in North America, where he draws on deep expertise in artificial intelligence and technology strategy to lead AI transformations across industries.
He combines hands-on experience in AI architecture, AI governance, machine learning, and product management to implement advanced analytics solutions and advise clients on enterprise strategy and enablement. He has designed multiple agentic AI factories to improve operational efficiency for financial services, retail, and healthcare clients.
His previous experience includes a research fellowship at Amazon, where he led AI deployments across operations. Felix’s technical expertise spans agentic AI, computer vision, personalization, and cloud architecture.

Felix holds an MBA and an SM in computer science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where he was a Global Operations Fellow. He also holds a BSc in mathematics and computer science from McGill University.
Beyond work, Felix enjoys teaching and playing chess and looks forward to sharing the game with his son, William.
