The forces of change are accelerating across industries. Whether companies aim to shift trajectories and reinvent to stay ahead of competition, or need to cut costs to survive the disruption, transforming their business and organization is essential to succeed.
Our clients seek Michael’s expertise in realizing company-wide strategic transformation programs, including target operating model design and reorganization, performance improvement, and cost reduction across the entire value chain. Michael helps his clients build industry-leading capabilities, rethink their cost structure, and realign their organization. His clients come primarily from industries such as industrial manufacturing and services, machinery and equipment, steel, metals and process industries, advanced technologies, and logistics.
My advice for clients is to start a transformation with a clear view of the strategic differentiators that lead to step-change opportunities. Engaging the people, building commitment, and deeply embedding change and industry-leading capabilities in the organization is important to capture the performance impact that endures.
