Christina serves as Oliver Wyman’s Global Leadership Team Chief of Staff, working with the firm’s most senior leaders in almost every aspect of business operations, ensuring global initiatives and processes run smoothly. She directly supports Nick Studer, Oliver Wyman, CEO.
Christina is an expert in successfully managing cross-functional teams and multi-disciplinary projects. She is a strong relationship builder and team player, known for her ability to solve complex organization challenges with enthusiasm and emotional intelligence. She has a proven track record in driving continuous improvement, expanding and evolving people and infrastructure processes and capabilities, as well as driving cultural evolution across the firm.

Christina recently owned the process of rearticulating and activating Oliver Wyman’s values. She also led the launch of Oliver Wyman’s Digital Practice, and has deep experience in managing the company's specialist businesses.
Prior to joining the firm, Christina was a strategy consultant at Deloitte. She holds a BA in Political Science from Boston College. After hours, you can find her teaching a spin class, training for a half marathon, or traveling with her husband and toddler.
