Amy is a partner in Oliver Wyman’s Digital Practice, based in New York.

She leads the firm’s human insights group, leveraging her deep understanding of consumer and end-user needs to address strategic problems across various industries.

Her recent work in innovation has seen her help clients across banking, insurance, and healthcare to identify salient customer needs and to develop strategies and product roadmaps accordingly. She has also assisted clients in attuning to their employees and B2B customers, focusing on tailoring products to optimally serve both end users and intermediaries.

People are at the core of what makes businesses successful, whether they are employees, direct customers, or distant end users. I help my clients in uncovering subtle aspects of human behavior and collaborate with them to develop solutions that consider human factors

In her professional journey, Amy has assisted companies across diverse industries to understand specific elements of consumer behavior and to adjust their strategies accordingly. This includes projects in media, sports, and financial services, where she helped clients adapt to social and regulatory changes.

Prior to joining Oliver Wyman, Amy was a director at a consumer insights and strategy firm. She holds a PhD in Sociocultural Anthropology from New York University and a BA from the University of Chicago.

In her spare time, Amy enjoys skiing, solving crosswords, and embarking on both local and global adventures with her husband and two sons.
