On March 8, 2016 the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) published its Final Notice of Benefit and Payment Parameters for 2017.
The Notice contains rules and parameters that would apply to the individual and small group health insurance markets in 2017, and modifications to previously promulgated rules. This document represents a summary of our interpretation of the Notice.
