Maintenance Programs Audit
We utilize proprietary gap analysis tools to identify discrepancies between a carrier’s maintenance program and its source of truth, such as the OEM MPD. Additionally, we conduct tail-level program audits of clients’ approved maintenance programs against their maintenance and engineering (M&E) tracking system. Our team evaluates any identified discrepancies, determines their severity, and provides insights into root cause analysis.
Compliance Monitoring
Our team can transform a maintenance programs audit into an automated, recurring event — whether monthly, quarterly, or aligned with revision cycles. By utilizing our proprietary gap analysis tools, a carrier’s M&E system can be audited against its published maintenance program or other sources of truth, allowing discrepancies to be identified well before they become a compliance or operational risk.
Configuration Audit
Using proprietary gap analysis tools, we identify discrepancies between a carrier’s M&E system and its component source of truth, such as IPC. The output can identify discrepancies in a part’s effectiveness, interchangeability, description, ATA code, and more. This repeatable process proactively identifies gaps before they become issues and measures progress on corrective initiatives. Our team can resolve identified discrepancies manually or via M&E system scripts.
