She combines deep industry knowledge with data-driven insights and a keen understanding of customer behavior. Her approach has enabled banks and companies to navigate digital disruption effectively and unlock sustainable growth.

Carissa has previously designed and delivered digital propositions and strategies for financial institutions and small and medium enterprises (SMEs), focusing on embedded finance, banking-as-a-service (BaaS), and retail and SME banking transformation. One of her key achievements has been the end-to-end strategy and delivery of a digital secured lending business for a leading Indonesian non-banking financial institution, with the product currently being distributed in the market. Her expertise further extends to market entry strategies, product innovation, and digital risk frameworks.
Carissa holds a bachelor of arts in business economics with a minor in accounting from the University of California, Los Angeles. Carissa is fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
