In the post-deal part of the investment cycle, we deliver rapid, tangible results to help clients realize the full value potential of their new assets. We find cost impact ranging from 10-25%, depending on the spending area and recency of optimization initiatives.

Our post-deal support includes a value creation assessment and development of a 100-day plan or full potential plan, and identifying the highest priority operational performance improvement initiatives. Our team can help generate portfolio company performance improvement with a diagnostic and implementation for Rapid EBITDA enhancement using 27 individual performance levers in eight improvement areas: Procurement and Sourcing, Supply Chain and Logistics, Manufacturing and Footprint, Plant Network, General and Administrative (G&A) and Overhead Excellence, Research and Development (R&D) and Product Development, People and Organization, and Data and Technology.

We also have expertise in implementing performance management systems to track and report value enhancement initiatives and managing cross-portfolio benefits to reduce healthcare and benefits expenses through our unique offering in collaboration with Mercer.
