He brings extensive experience in advising C-suite and business executives on a wide range of topics, including post-merger integration, operating model design, organizational strategy, talent strategy, operational effectiveness, and performance and cost transformation.

Prior to joining Oliver Wyman, Yakov worked in financial services advisory for BlackRock. There, he provided guidance to multinational institutional investors on portfolio and risk management, allocation strategy, and portfolio optimization.
Yakov holds a BA from Columbia University with honors.
Over the past decade, he has lived in New York, Miami, London, and Jerusalem. Currently, he resides in New York with his wife and two daughters.
