Tracey is a senior advisor in our Finance and Risk practice, based in London.
She brings extensive leadership experience across financial services and regulation, with expertise spanning conduct, compliance, financial crime, regulatory policy, risk transformation, and sustainability.
Tracey has led complex transformations in highly regulated environments, combining stronger regulatory outcomes with greater operational efficiency. Her experience includes transforming and modernizing a global compliance function, reducing annual costs while delivering a significant financial crime remediation program, and increasing the use of data and digital tools. She has also shaped regulatory policy and implementation, led engagement with regulators and policymakers, and overseen frameworks for conduct, compliance, and financial crime.
During her time as a regulator, Tracey has led high-profile regulatory investigations and enforcement activities, including LIBOR investigations, and has been responsible for supervision and authorization across financial services.
Tracey has also helped embed sustainability more firmly within business strategy, sponsored a bank-wide net-zero program, and led work spanning reputation, communications, and public policy. Across these roles, Tracey has worked at the intersection of regulation, risk, geopolitics, business strategy, and organizational transformation.
