Tomas Andersson is a Principal within Oliver Wyman Labs focusing on the Retail Industry, commercialization of tools and assets and our own business model innovation.

He leads the technical dimensions of larger projects from sales, through delivery into production and support.

Prior to joining OW Labs, Tomas worked 11 years for SAP in the Nordic region, as the Head of Retail and Wholesale Industry.  He previously was a pioneering software engineer in the early days of the web, creating a commercially successful web application server.

Tomas is passionate about delivering sustainable impact through innovative use of technology and believes a new balance between software and consulting service is an essential ingredient in doing so.

Tomas lives in Stockholm, and speaks Swedish and English. He studied Engineering Physics at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and Managing IT Services Strategically at Copenhagen Business School (SIMI).
