Tim has extensive experience leading cost-saving programs, post-acquisition integration and EBITDA uplift, regulatory response, and risk diagnostics for clients that include banks, broker-dealers, wealth managers, capital sponsors, and insurers of all shapes and sizes. At Oliver Wyman, Tim has been an active member of several of our global offices, served on the firm’s inaugural Global Leadership Team Council advising our executive committee, and led recruiting efforts in Asia and North America. He currently serves as Chief of Staff for the Anti-Financial Crime and Regulatory Compliance platform and sits on the firm’s AI Council in the Americas.
