Tim is a partner in our Actuarial Property and Casualty (P&C) practice and the Actuarial P&C Global Corporates leader, based in Chicago. He works closely with global teams across Marsh sister companies to bring the firm’s full range of capabilities to clients.
In this role, Tim helps organizations navigate complex and evolving risk challenges. His work expands risk management beyond traditional insurance purchasing and toward integrated risk architecture to support better strategic and financial decisions in an increasingly volatile environment.
By bringing risk insights into areas such as financial planning and capital management, Tim and his team help risk managers and CFOs turn operational and emerging risks into actionable business decisions. Their work covers issues such as rising liability costs, emerging technology risks, and the risk and financial structures behind warranty and loyalty programs. They also work with colleagues across Marsh to deliver these insights and solutions to clients across industries, including manufacturing, food and beverage, retail, healthcare, and energy.
The complex risks my clients face are constantly evolving. We empower them to navigate these challenges and seize opportunities for long-term success and resilience
Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in mathematics and computer science from Illinois Wesleyan University. He is a fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
When not immersed in actuarial consulting, Tim can be found cheering on his children at their basketball and baseball games, which he also coaches. He estimates that he has coached upward of 1,000 games throughout their athletic careers so far.
