Susie earned her chemical engineering degree from the University of Cambridge, initially expecting to build her career in the chemical industry. However, her early 2000s work in safety for oil and gas clients led to a shift in direction.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and staying active with her husband, two teenage children, and their family dog. A dedicated skier, Susie recently took up Pilates in her pursuit to stay fit and embrace aging with energy.
