Susan brings more than 40 years of experience as an insurance executive to her role as a partner in our Actuarial Practice.
A passion for client service runs through her career, and her extensive expertise includes co-founding and building businesses, driving growth, and guiding organizations through mergers and acquisitions.
Susan has held numerous C-suite roles. She founded and served as CEO of both Fawkes Financial Services and Florida Specialty Holdings and its subsidiaries, as well as CEO of Canopius Bermuda Limited and Canopius Underwriting Bermuda Limited. Susan also held senior executive positions with Endurance Specialty Insurance, ACE Group of Companies in Hamilton, and Tillinghast–Towers Perrin.

Susan holds a bachelor of science in mathematics from the University of Maryland and is a fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society.
She and her husband enjoy living in Florida, where she serves as treasurer on the board of her homeowners association. Susan loves to play pickleball, swim, golf, and spend time with family and friends. She enjoys mentoring other women, especially those early in their careers and is proud to see them rise to positions of prominence in the industry.
