Steven joined Oliver Wyman's Milwaukee office in 2008 and currently serves as a senior manager within our Health Practice. His expertise lies in the Medicare Part D and Medicare Supplement markets.
For more than a decade, Steven has been providing pricing, analytics, and strategic advice to Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plans. He has been instrumental in analyzing the impacts of significant legislation on the Part D market, including the Build Back Better Act and the Inflation Reduction Act. His insights have helped organizations assess the risks and opportunities presented by these legislative changes. Steven has played an instrumental role in developing Oliver Wyman's Part D pricing models.
Additionally, Steven has extensive experience working in the Medicare Supplement market. He assists health plans with pricing and strategy and works alongside state regulators to review premium rates for new and existing Medicare Supplement products.

Steven holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science from Carroll University. He is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
As a lifelong Wisconsin resident, Steven cherishes the changing seasons. He is an avid golfer and motorsports enthusiast, and enjoys sharing these passions with his three sons.
