His work spans cost transformation, customer- and digital-led growth, and end-to-end operating model redesign, with a strong emphasis on translating strategy into action and building lasting client relationships.
Steve brings more than 25 years of experience advising financial services organizations on complex strategic and operational challenges. In his role at Oliver Wyman, he focuses on helping insurers and asset managers redefine strategy, modernize operating models, and deliver measurable financial and customer impact. He is known for having a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving.

Prior to joining Oliver Wyman, Steve was a managing director at Accenture, where he led the firm’s US insurance strategy business and the South Insurance portfolio. In those roles, he was responsible for strategy development and execution, operational performance, and client delivery, supporting carriers through growth initiatives, large-scale transformations, and critical change moments.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their two teenage daughters.
