Stephan is a principal in the Energy and Nature Resources Practice, based in Düsseldorf.
He focuses on strategy and transformation for leading players in the chemical industry. Having led large-scale programs, Stephan has extensive experience in supporting clients with designing and implementing setups that help them tackle the transformative challenges of the industry, from development of business models and go-to-market approaches to the optimization of operating and steering models and the build-up of differentiating capabilities.
What excites me about this work is the opportunity to support clients through a diverse and multi-faceted set of challenges. While the initial questions may be similar, the solutions we help create are always tailored to a specific setting
Outside of work, Stephan enjoys outdoor activities and training with his German Shepherd, as well as cooking for his family and friends.
He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from WHU — Otto Beisheim School of Management and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
