Stefanie is the global head of digital marketing at Oliver Wyman, based in Zurich. She leads the firm’s web ecosystem, social media, and digital operations — connecting people and brands through cohesive, human-centered experiences across channels and regions.

With a career spanning more than 20 years in communications, marketing, and technology, Stefanie operates where strategy meets execution. She builds and scales integrated international teams; strengthens governance and processes; and combines creativity with operational excellence to deliver distinctive, scalable communication in a fast-moving business — championing the responsible use of artificial intelligence in marketing.

Having lived on three continents, Stefanie brings a global perspective to every program. At Oliver Wyman, she leads a connected international team across borders, connecting technology, content, and communities to create seamless brand experiences that help colleagues and clients engage, learn, and thrive.

Before joining Oliver Wyman, Stefanie worked as a PR advisor for financial services firms and later developed marketing functions from scratch. She has played a crucial role in the company’s marketing growth strategy and continues to mentor young professionals both inside and outside the firm.

Stefanie has a master of arts in German literature and linguistics from the University of Tübingen and an MBA from ESB Business School.

Deeply committed to inclusion and belonging, Stefanie believes in the power of human connection — online and off. In her free time, she loves exploring the world, meeting new people, and roaming the Swiss outdoors she calls home.
