Solène is the talent manager and recruiting lead in our Zurich office, where she focuses on recruiting entry-level consultants and interns.
Her main responsibility is the talent management of consultants within the energy practice across Europe. Her role includes staffing consultants for projects and providing strategic advice to the business on all talent-related matters. She also serves as the primary point of contact for energy consultants regarding human capital matters.
As part of her role, Solène oversees the organization of events and job fairs at selected universities for the Swiss office. She is instrumental in identifying individuals who are eager to challenge the status quo, innovate for clients, and drive positive change in the world.

Solène holds a master's degree in management from studies in France, Germany and Canada. She has lived in Switzerland since 2013. She began her career as a recruitment consultant and later worked as a career advisor at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich. Before joining Oliver Wyman, she supported a startup during its early development.
Fluent in French, German and English, Solène thrives in an international environment and meeting people from diverse countries and cultures. She values a mix of strong technical skills, motivation and curiosity in candidates and colleagues. She looks for authentic, entrepreneurial individuals who want to actively shape and grow their careers at Oliver Wyman.
In her spare time, Solène used to enjoy reading and watching movies, but since her baby girl was born, she has had less time for these activities. Instead, she now finds joy in watching her daughter discover the world.
