He drives the development of new propositions, focusing on digital payments, open finance, digital identity, and data sharing. His visionary leadership shapes the company’s trajectory in the rapidly evolving landscape of business and technology.
Shikko is a seasoned professional with more than two decades of international management consulting experience. Previously, he has successfully led growth and innovation initiatives in key roles at EY, KPMG, and Accenture.

Shikko co-authored the book "Everything Transaction," which was awarded the title of "Netherlands’ Management Book of the Year" in 2019.
In his spare time, he is a DJ specializing in melodic techno, trance, and house music. He also hosts weekly live streams and has even performed at the renowned Burning Man festival in the US.
