Shannon is a principal in our Customer Innovation and Growth (CIG) and Banking and Financial Services (BFS) practices, based in Singapore.
With close to a decade of consulting across Asia, Shannon has developed strong expertise in digital strategy, delivery, and payments. He has partnered with leading global and regional banks to help design, build, and launch next-generation financial services platforms, while advising payment network providers and participants on strategy and execution.
Growing up in Singapore, Shannon is well attuned to the diversity of the region and brings a firsthand understanding of how cultures, markets, and consumer behaviors intersect across the region.

Shannon has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from the Singapore Management University.
Outside of consulting, he once ran an artisanal gelato enterprise, where he quickly learned that it takes care and finesse to churn a strong vision and great ingredients into magic.
