Before joining Oliver Wyman, Seda led groupwide technology transformation in the Legal & General Group Transformation Office. Earlier, she spent 20 years at PwC Consulting, where she advised leading insurers on complex transformation programs, legacy modernization, and technology integration and separation initiatives across multiple transactions.
She holds a degree in computer engineering from Bilkent University.
Seda is passionate about developing the next generation of technology talent and advancing diversity and inclusion across the financial services industry. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, cooking and exploring wine as a certified sommelier. She is married and a mother of three.
