With a structured and collaborative approach, Sébastien helps organizations tackle a wide range of business challenges, from finance and risk management to performance improvement, climate strategy, strategic decision-making, and large-scale transformations. His ability to combine analytical rigour with practical execution allows him to work effectively with both senior stakeholders and operational teams.

Sébastien holds a Master’s degree in business economics from Ghent University and graduated magna cum laude from the advanced Master's in financial management from Vlerick Business School. He is fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
Outside of work, Sébastien is passionate about sports and thrives on team spirit. He has been playing hockey since a young age, and enjoys a variety of other athletic pursuits. He values time with friends and is always eager to explore new places and experiences.
