Working closely with C-level executive teams, Sebastien has led multiple large-scale transformation programs, from value creation plan design to full execution and change management. His core expertise revolves around high-impact commercial strategies that combine pricing, offer design, and sales effectiveness, with a strong emphasis on measurable business outcomes.

Prior to joining Oliver Wyman, Sébastien worked at Butler Capital Partners, a French investment fund specializing in corporate transformation and restructuring.
He holds a master’s degree in strategy from HEC Paris and is fluent in French and English.
Outside work, Sebastien is passionate about surfing — a hobby that fits well with his love and attachment to the Basque Country.
