Rogerio Panca is a partner in our São Paulo office, bringing his expertise to our Banking and Financial Services and Customer Innovation and Growth practices.
He has over 30 years of experience in the Brazilian financial market, having held various executive positions in both wholesale and retail segments at leading institutions. Before joining Oliver Wyman, he spent six years at Banco Santander Brasil as executive director of cards and digital payments.

Rogerio has extensive experience in Brazil’s payments ecosystem and has worked in key roles at major players through a period of continuous change in the industry. His deep understanding of the multiple stakeholders involved — acquirers, issuers, networks, and others — strengthens his ability to help clients position themselves for success in this evolving environment.
He holds a degree in economics from Universidade Católica de Santos and expanded his expertise with postgraduate studies and specializations in finance, banking, credit management, and leadership at Fundação Getulio Vargas. He also holds an MBA in international business from Universidade de São Paulo. Additionally, he completed executive education programs in digital business transformation at MIT and leading and sustaining a culture of innovation at the Kellogg School of Management.
A proud father of triplets — two boys and a girl — Rogerio enjoys spending time with his family, walking and running outdoors, and practicing karate with his sons.
