Roger is a Managing Partner and the Americas Head of Consumer, Industrials and Services Practice. Formerly, he served as the Global Transportation Practice Leader and assisted airlines and MRO service providers in innovating their business models and transforming their operations.
With more than 20 years of consulting experience, his engagements have covered corporate strategy, operations effectiveness, process design, global strategic sourcing, business partnering, financial and operational analysis, and major corporate reorganizations.
He is a graduate of Goshen College and serves as an advisor to the SMU Business Associates program at SMU’s COX Graduate School. Roger is co-author of the Business Partnering Handbook — a guide to the methods and practices for global supplier identification, deal structuring, deal negotiation, and performance management.
