Rodrigo is a partner emeritus based in Madrid and Lisbon.
For more than 25 years, Rodrigo has advised leading institutions in Iberia, Europe, and Brazil on strategy, performance transformation, and capital management. He has advised investors across a range of sectors and European authorities on crisis-related issues, including bank restructuring and the management of distressed assets. Rodrigo led the Bank Restructuring team in EMEA, the Financial Services team in Iberia, and our business in Portugal.
As partner emeritus, Rodrigo continues to develop our go-to-market strategy in Portugal and advises priority clients, in both the private and public sectors, across a broad range of strategic and transformational topics.

Prior to joining Oliver Wyman in 1999, Rodrigo worked at Sonae Investimentos in finance and strategic planning and at Banco Totta & Açores as a financial analyst.
He holds a degree in economics from the University of Porto and an MBA from INSEAD.
When not advising clients, Rodrigo enjoys traveling with his family, reading, watching movies, exercising, and listening to music.
