His expertise spans maintenance and reliability programs, reliability and cost-saving initiatives, process improvement, and compliance objectives. Rob effectively combines technical skills with inspiring leadership, fostering high-performance work cultures through coaching and performance assessments.
His recent transformational success has been leading teams for major airline and rail operators with maintenance program optimizations, escalations, and re-packaging for maximum effectiveness, efficiency, increasing asset availability, and reducing out of service days.

Rob has actively participated in several industry working groups, including A4A’s Electronic Aircraft Records Transfer Working Group, IATA’s Aircraft Leasing Advisory Group, A4A’s Maintenance Programs Industry Group, and the Aircraft Health Monitoring Group, further solidifying his role as a key contributor to both Oliver Wyman and the industry at large.
Outside of work, Rob enjoys spending time with his wife, Lori, as well as their four adult children and one grandchild. They enjoy spending time in their pool, camping, and shopping for antiques while being active in their church and helping others.
