Richard is a principal in our Finance, Risk and Restructuring practice, based in Stockholm, where he advises banks on strategic, organizational, and regulatory challenges and opportunities. He has built a strong track record of repeat client trust, leading complex transformations, and he excels at getting technical experts and decision makers onto the same page.
Banks today face a tougher regulatory environment, as regulators have handed them new frameworks that require strategic thinking to ensure compliance while retaining business competitiveness and operational efficiency. Much of Richard’s recent work has centered on guiding banks through these major regulatory change programs.

Richards holds a Master of Science in industrial engineering and management from Lund University, with a specialization in finance and risk, giving him the technical foundation to get to the root of a problem before crafting solutions.
Outside of work, he can usually be found skiing or golfing, or spending quality time with his friends and family in Stockholm.
