With over 25 years of strategy experience, Richard has supported clients in a range of sectors, including food, industrials, and technology services. He specializes in enabling financial investors and their portfolio companies to make sound investment decisions and create value through commercial and operational strategies.

Before starting his career, Richard studied experimental psychology at the University of Cambridge. Since then, he has worked across Europe, the Middle East, and for the last decade, in Asia.
Outside of the office, Richard loves spending time with his family, enjoying both cooking and eating food, as well as traveling.
