Based in the Madrid office, Pilar is a partner in the Consumer, Telco and Technology Practice. She also leads the Performance Transformation platform.
She has more than 15 years of experience in strategy consulting at the firm, advising telecommunications operators worldwide on improving financial performance and competitive positioning.
Pilar focuses on large-scale transformations across CTT and other sectors, leading programs that address the broader strategic agenda, including market structure, commercial positioning, AI, and people, as well as mergers and acquisitions and post-deal processes.
