Pilar holds a degree in business administration and management (E2) from Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICADE.
She has more than 15 years of experience in strategy consulting at the firm, where she has advised telecommunications operators worldwide on improving their financial performance and competitive positioning.
Pilar focuses on large-scale transformations across CMT and other sectors, leading programs that address the broader strategic agenda, including market structure, commercial positioning, AI, and people, as well as mergers and acquisitions and post-deal processes.
In addition to her role at Oliver Wyman, Pilar serves on the board of trustees of Fundación Lealtad.
