My favorite projects are those in which I have found myself working hand in hand with the clients, designing change together on the go, and sometimes even admitting we did not have all the answers from the outset. Telecoms is Pilar’s core strength, and her focus is on large company-wide transformation programs within marketing, sales, customer operations, technology, and support. She is skilled in pre/post deal, digital transformation, design-to-cost, and workforce re-design.

I always have a knot in my stomach when I start a project. When I was junior I thought this would disappear but after 10 years I understand it will not! Very often, you are in front of a new challenge and a line-up of complete strangers, from consultant colleagues to clients.
