Peter is a senior manager of our Actuarial Practice, based in Milwaukee.
He joined Oliver Wyman in 2013 after gaining experience with a nationwide insurance company, where he worked on a range of health insurance products. With more than 15 years of experience in the actuarial field, he specializes in various areas including the pricing and development of Affordable Care Act major medical products, creating and supporting regulatory rate filings, and modeling the impact of both proposed and enacted legislation.

Peter has reviewed major medical and long-term care filings for state insurance departments, developed underwriting models and factors, conducted fee schedule analyses, and evaluated and updated state insurance department rate review processes. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
Living outside of Milwaukee with his wife and two children, Peter enjoys playing board games and ultimate frisbee. He also competes in the Microsoft Excel World Championship and has been the top US finisher for the past two years, finishing 7th and 4th, respectively.
